Students

Go to Students to view and manage the people enrolled in your studio.

Adding a student​

Click New Student and enter their name and email. A student record is linked to a BailaYa user account. If the user already exists (e.g. they registered via the guest booking checkout), their existing account will be linked.

Student profile​

Each student profile shows:

  • Contact info (name, email, phone)
  • Active and expired package subscriptions
  • Class booking history
  • Payment history
  • Private lesson bookings

Attendance​

Student attendance is tracked per class session. Open any past class session and view the attendance list to see who attended, who was booked but absent, and who was added as a walk-in.

Packages and subscriptions​

When a student purchases a package, a Subscription is created, linked to that student. Each time they use a class session from the package, a ClassConsumption record is deducted. You can view remaining sessions and expiry under the student profile.
