Studio Setup
Access studio settings via Settings → Studio in the dashboard.
Profile

| Address / Unit | Physical location shown to students |
| Business Hours | Free-text hours shown on your public profile (e.g. "Mon–Fri 10am–9pm") |
| Description | Localized text — enter separate values for English and Spanish |
| Logo | Square image, recommended 400×400px |
| Website | Your external website URL |
| Year Established | Shown on your public profile |
| Studio Size | Square meters, used for capacity planning |
Time Zone
The studio time zone controls all class date/time display and scheduling. Classes are stored in UTC internally and converted to studio local time when displayed.
caution
Changing the time zone after classes have been scheduled does not reschedule them. Update with care.
Dance Types
Go to Settings → Dance Types to manage the styles your studio offers (Salsa, Bachata, Cumbia, etc.). Each type can have:
- A localized name and description
- An image
- A visibility toggle — hidden types are not shown on the public website embed
Dance types are used to:
- Categorize classes
- Filter package applicability
- Power the public API endpoints for website integration

WhatsApp
If WhatsApp notifications are enabled, enter the WhatsApp Business phone number under Settings → Notifications. This number will be used for outbound class confirmations and reminders.
