Rooms

If your studio has multiple rooms or spaces, you can define them under Settings → Rooms. Assigning rooms to classes helps avoid double-booking and gives students more context about where to go.

Adding a room

Click New Room and enter the room name (e.g. "Studio A", "Ballroom", "Rooftop"). Rooms are then available when creating or editing a class.

Room assignment

A room is optional on each class. If assigned, the room name is shown on the public schedule embed. Rooms do not currently enforce capacity limits — that is controlled by the class capacity field.
