Team Members

Manage your team under Settings → Team.

Inviting a team member

Click Invite Member and enter their email address. They will receive an invitation link that expires in 48 hours. Once accepted, they can log in and access the dashboard based on their assigned role.

Roles

RoleDescription
OwnerFull access. Can manage billing, payment gateways, and other owners.
StaffManage classes, students, packages, and attendance. Cannot access billing.
InstructorView and manage their own assigned classes and mark attendance.

A team member can hold multiple roles simultaneously.

Instructor profiles

Team members with the Instructor role have a public profile that can be displayed on your website via the Instructors API or the website embed components. Their profile includes:

  • Name and photo
  • Localized biography
  • Private lesson availability and pricing (if offering private lessons)
